JustAceIELTS – Terms & Conditions
1. Fees & Refund Policy
All fees are strictly non-refundable once the course begins.
Cancellation within 7 days before course start:
No refund.
You may postpone once within 4 months. After 4 months, the credit becomes void.
Cancellation more than 7 days before course start:
50% refund only.
Remaining 50% may be used to support another learner (non-refundable).
Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment.
2. Batch Placement & Level Policy
Students may join any batch at the time of registration.
If your progress or level does not match your batch, you will be moved to a more suitable batch.
For extra support or personalized attention, you may opt for personal coaching.
Minimum 4 students required per batch. Batches with fewer than 4 students for over 1 month may require shifting to another batch.
3. Leave & Compensation Policy
Emergency leaves must be informed directly to Preet Sohal to qualify for compensation.
Informing only the teacher does not qualify for compensation.
Maximum 2 compensated classes per student.
Minimum 24-hour notice required.
Classes run Monday–Friday only; weekends are not compensated.
4. Missed Classes
Notes will be shared for missed classes.
Recordings provided on request only; not all sessions are recorded.
Missed classes are not rescheduled unless covered under emergency leave policy.
5. Photo & Video Consent
Students consent to use of photos/videos from classes/events for educational or promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website).
To opt out, inform Preet Sohal in writing before course begins.
All written opt-out requests will be respected.
6. General Terms
Applies to all programs, batches, and coaching formats at JustAceIELTS.
Policies may be updated periodically for quality and operational reasons.
By enrolling, students confirm they have read and accepted all the above Terms & Conditions.
